Create and Maintain Staff Accounts »

The Administrator view shows a convenient list of all your users. From here it is easy to:

  • Confirm new employee accounts that have used the self-sign up
  • Add new employees and define their permissions level; Staff, Approver, or Administrator
  • Create temporary policy overrides for ad hoc leave

View Leave Balances at a Glance »

From the Approver view, you can quickly review leave balances for all your employees, see if there are any pending requests, and check most recent activity.

There is also convenient access to view all requests for a specific employee to see their entire history.
